Registration Terms

• An applicant for registration or renewal must have a valid license from one of UAE's municipalities or economic departments..
• An applicant should not be an employee in the local authority to be contracted with.
• Registration required is to be consistent with DPW's scope of work..
• Copies of documents attached are be clear and readable (Original Certified Copies) if required..
• Company registration shall be canceled in case of failure to renew registration certificate after six month of registration or renewal date if the company does not have running projects..
• An applicant should have not been given a disciplinary penalty form DPW or any other government authority. .
• DPW has the right to cancel the registration application in case of incorrect data is provided..
• Registration or renewal fees are paid within (10 working days) from the date of accepting the application, and in the event of non-payment during this period, the department has the right to reject the application.
• If the company has several branches, each branch will be treated as a separate company.
• All the terms of the attached general contract have been reviewed and agreed.
• The company’s instruction manual has been viewed.
